Up and Running

Up too early so I could run around most of the day doing an endless list of tasks that needed my attention. Domestic and professional crap that couldn't wait a moment longer. And now everything that was on my To Do list is done, and anything that is not checked off, needs to wait until Tuesday, after the long weekend.

I am going to pack my toy bag now, because tonight is Dirty Girls and I need a bevy of toys to meet the needs of so many hot and horny women. Then once that is completed a long nap awaits me, because tonight is going to be long.

My pregnant self exhausts easily these days and naps seem to be the only way for me to maintain my energy levels and my sanity.

Go, Go, GO

There is plenty on my plate today.

The June calendar planning is making me want to pull my hair out. We move mid month and it's hard to plot and plan events when ones entire home is boxed up being transported from point A to point B.

I have however managed to make two big decisions around Junes events. The first is that we will be offering Speed Dating For Sex Singles for the first time, and the second being that we will be hosting our last Sultry event till the Fall and it's happening on a Saturday!

The rest of the June calendar should be uploaded in the next day or two. Goddess help me.

I must make an attempt at filing some of the paper on my desk or it is going to get lost amongst all the boxes in our half packed home. There is banking that needs done today and a trip for some fruit and veggies would help restock the fridge and make me feel like I'm not slacking on domestic matters.

Later tonight is my Cock Sucking and Hand Job class at The Lounge, that should be a real riot. There is still room left for any members wishing to reserve for it.

Reservations: jennifer@libidoevents.com

Finally, I find myself in need of a little help from my women friends. Though I've managed to lose weight so far now into my pregnancy, my breasts have exploded an entire cup size and my body weight has shifted already so that none of my slacks fit any longer.

I need maternity pants and dresses. Where shall I go for such things and be able to find them attractive and trendy along with a not so hefty price tag? It's not like I'll be wearing them again, as this is my last baby. Please send me some names please of best bets in the GVRD area, with particular attention to Burnaby if possible.

Elections BC 2009

I spent most of my day working rather hard getting caught up on a number of large tasks that demand my undivided attention. Seeing as I wasn't feeling too pukey, it was a good day to accomplish things.

It is hard to strike a balance between my professional work, my volunteer commitments and my time that I give away answering questions for people. I manage ok, but the juggling act really does take its toll and always needs adjustments.

I need to make money to live, and to be always moving forward. I need to be in service to great causes to maintain strong ties to my community and I am a strong proponent of aiding those in email who can not get to me through other mediums.

Early this evening, I went and voted. Let's see what impact that makes on everything.

Love & Friendship

Late this morning into the early afternoon I taught a class to a group of inmates in prison. Today's discussion was on the practice of safer sex and how one negotiates for sexually intimate play with another.

Feedback from the inmates is always so heartfelt and warm. They really value the learning opportunity I present them with and I in turn feel that they teach me so much. It really is a win-win situation.

My classes have developed for correctional facilities and now include seven, packed together in a series or taught individually. The most advantageous though is to have a group run through the whole series as we bond more over the time together week after week and the disclosures become quite intimate and thought provoking.

Yeah, so normally I'm all chatty. Not right now though. Tonight I am fatigued and weary and have nothing more to write about. Pregnant life is knocking the wind right out of me.

I did want to shout a HUGE Thank You to everyone who has written such positive and kind letters over the last week. Your kindness and friendship mean a lot to me, and I value having each of you in my life. Some of you I see often and others not so much but you are all important to me and I sure appreciate your support and love.

Emergency Assistance

We were away from home, and had been for hours.

It was the middle of the night, at about three o'clock in the morning.

Road trip was going smooth then suddenly I noticed a change.

As I was the one driving it struck me suddenly that all the dashboard lights were dimming down to next to nothing.

Was I so exhausted from driving that this was a figment of my imagination, or was something wrong?

I pointed it out to RC who was in the passenger seat.

He exclaimed how unusual the occurrence was.

All of a sudden the steering wheel became very tight and difficult to turn. I told RC in a panicked voice that driving was challenging and the vehicle "felt funny".

I got a wee bit scared.

RC told me to not take my foot off the gas. We were close to an off ramp, in a city far far away from home and if nothing else we wanted off the freeway for the disaster to take place and not on it.

All lights went out in the Jeep. The steering wheel was next to impossible to turn. My foot was jammed on the gas and we made it off the freeway and down a steep hill off ramp, and stopped dead center at a lighted intersection.

We got out and checked under the hood and knew instantly the problem was not one we could solve.

We called back up support through BCAA, who in turn put us in contact with AAA. They said we'd have a tow truck within an hour to help.

Twenty minutes into being stranded in the middle of no where really, a vehicle pulls up alongside us. Remember folks, we are a LONG way from home. A man rolls down his window, looks at me and says "Hey Jennifer, everything alright? Anything I can do to help?"

It seems that we can't go anywhere without being known. What a coincidence, given where we were, the hour of the day and probability of being found.

Next the police showed up, and after a quick check in with us, they set up flares behind our vehicle and left.

Finally ninety minutes after our phone call for help, the tow truck arrived and took us to a garage 10 blocks from our original destination.

The driver so kind, that after we dropped our vehicle, he drove us to where we needed to be.

The bill was expensive, but the vehicle was fixed on a Saturday. It was the alternator.

Gender Curious

I'm really sitting on the fence over an issue and quite frankly I do not know which way to go. It's a really tough decision and one not to be taken lately. Further it goes against what I have done in past and I want to feel good about the choice, whatever it is.

When I was pregnant the first time round, I was a young young woman, not very mature at all, though I certainly felt so at the time. I announced to my then partner that we would not seek to find out the gender of our unborn child, because a surprise would be most welcome. We waited and did not know until the birth that we had a daughter. The delight was huge and the occasion so celebratory.

Now here I am pregnant again all these years later, and I am uncertain what to do. It's not that I don't like surprises any more, it is more that I am more mature now.

As a mature adult woman, with some worldly experience, I would like to be able to plan better with this pregnancy. I think. It would be so wonderful to just have to think out the name for one gender or the other. What joy I would find in being able to shop for items appropriate for the baby. We're moving into our own home and the nursery can be painted and set up in either boy or girl fashion.

Today I was in a store meandering through the baby section and was caught up in the choices of wee clothes, it's been forever since I shopped for little people clothing. In my hand I grasped a few different items that struck my fancy and truth be told, I almost bought them but then thought better of it.

I don't know what I should be buying. Really, I think I want to know this time. Is this so wrong?

When the man got home from work this evening I shared with him my woes. He kissed me on the forehead while laughing at me and calling me "cute". He says I'm nesting.

I talked him through my thought process of the day and quite frankly he was no help with coming to a firm decision either way. His words "I'm going to love our baby no matter the gender so does it matter if we find out now or later"?

Are there other freedoms that come from knowing the gender in advance? Are there any draw backs to finding out in advance?

I think I want to know, I just do not know for sure yet.

Taking Suggestions

Currently I am writing some new classes and have a couple of ideas for additional ones which are unique and topics not generally taught all that often. This makes me excited to have new selections to make available as part of my curriculum.

I am however still looking for further ideas and topics to be included into my regular repertoire.

Here is a current list of the classes I teach,
the list is actually not updated and so a few of my classes are missing. However after looking it over, do you see any holes?

It would please me to no end to receive suggestions from you my dear readers on new subjects that you think I should be offering or could offer that would interest you while meeting your needs.

Write me: jennifer@libidoevents.com

~~~~~ ~~~~~ ~~~~~ ~~~~~ ~~~~~
Tonight was deviant dining and did we ever have a fantastic meal with everyone who came out, great food for sure. More couples than singles this time round, it is always different each time we host this twice monthly event.
The conversation were hot topics for certain: removal of male pubic hair, people who write anonymously on the internet, swingers rules and the evolution of sex culture. We had a riot laughing and sharing stories and perspectives, join us for the next dinner on Wednesday May 20th.
Now we are home and packing more boxes, the big move is fast approaching.
Gratitude for a blog reader
Today has been a day of many highlights.
A blog reader has contacted me with a most gracious offer of generosity, something time saving, stress reducing and utterly necessary. This gift is incredible and it includes delivery.
Here is what has made my day:
  • 160 boxes
  • 12 rolls of tape
  • 2 tape guns
  • 2 rolls of labels
  • 2 boxes of packing paper
  • A bunch of bubble wrap
  • 1 roll of shrink wrap (large)
  • 1 roll of shrink wrap (small)
Further to make my day so perfect, was great sex this evening with my man, after a most successful class on women's Dominance with an eager group of women.
My life rocks.
And B & G thanks for reading my blog, and for being so cool and open. Your generosity has made my life so much easier right now and I am feeling really blessed.
Not wanting to forget anyone .... Good night Madge.
Dinner Party
Tonight we had thirty four friends over for dinner. Our current place is not big enough to host that many people for a sit down meal, so we invited all to join us at The Lounge. Upon our move to our new house we will be able to easily accommodate everyone we would invite to such an evening.
We had a riot. It was so refreshing to spend time with our friends, at something that was not a play party or an actual work event.
The food was abundant, oh my did I ever eat a lot. The conversations filled every corner of the place. And laughter was everywhere. It was a joyous evening for certain.
Since we have the room to have so many friend over, and it was such a success, we plan on making it something we do every couple of months.
Connecting our friends together, and spending time with them without sex, play and low lighting was memorable. Who would have thought!!??!!
Breast is best
So yeah, we made it back alive from our weekend trip.
I am pretty exhausted.
Our time away was memorable beyond belief.
Let's discuss a more pressing topic.
Being pregnant is sucking the energy right out of me. The last couple of weeks, I have needed a nap every single day, despite sleeping a solid nine hours. Ok, maybe not so solid, as I am awaking every three hours to pee, it is insane.
My breasts are incredibly sore. I mean painful to be honest. My boobs are also increasingly huge. They keep growing and I'm still in my first trimester. Already they are a full cup size larger.
The issues I am facing with this time round I did not face in my early twenties when I was pregnant the first time with my daughter. I have not even mentioned the nausea, it did not hit me till about oh .... a week and a half ago .... and now, my mornings are spent trying to not barf and moving slow so as to not upset my stomach any further. And no! Eating crackers does not help.
Though I have not gained a single pound, my weight has shifted and I am already finding that many of my pants are no longer fitting, or hell, even closing. This is disheartening, as I was hoping to not need to shop for anything new to wear for another 6-8 weeks, this seems not possible at the rate things are progressing.
What has tugged at my heart strings in the last 24 hours:
  1. RC on his knees, kissing my belly and professing his love to the baby after I climbed out of the shower
  2. my daughter kissing my belly goodnight
I am looking to hear from women who have their nipples pierced, and who have successfully managed to breastfeed with said piercings still in. Drop me a line if this is you.
The Big Move
Packing scares me. The thought of having to sort through the last five years of our lives and organize items is daunting.
Our possessions will land in one of three categories: donations, garbage and packable.
The task is going to take some serious coordination, a mountain of boxes, strong will, and more time than I even want to think about.
I think inviting friends over for beer, scotch and pizza is the only way that it will all get completed in a timely manner without driving me off the deep end with responsibilities and woes.
So here is what I need:
  1. friends to help me with packing boxes
  2. boxes, lots and lots of boxes
  3. packing tape
  4. tissue, bubble wrap, & pallet wrap
Can you be of assistance with any of the above?
If so drop me a private email and let me know. Then I'll tell you when we are planning (hoping) on packing and we can coordinate availability.
Sore Breasts
We went to a big box store earlier this evening in search of soda pop for The Lounge. We bought an entire cart full of cases.
While heading towards the till something large caught my eye. It was so soft looking and just what I had been recently complaining about being in need of. There it was perched on a shelf waiting for me to buy it.
I grabbed the massive body pillow and pulled it into my tight embrace, right there on the spot. Then lifting one leg, I wrapped myself around it to check on it's firmness and suitability.
Right then two women came down the aisle and witnessed what I am sure looked like me dry humping a big beige body pillow.
They laughed and told me to buy it and take it home. I said I would, because I am pregnant and in need of something soft and squishy to sleep on as my breasts are killing me.
Dirty, filthy sex
Source: Saanich, BC newspaper
A Saanich police officer got an unexpected eyeful when he found a couple having sex in a dumpster early Friday morning.
The call to police had simply reported people walking suspiciously behind a business near the corner of Quadra Street and McKenzie Avenue around 1:45 a.m.
"When the officer was out of his car having a look around, checking doors he could hear noises coming from the dumpster," said Sgt. John Price.
The officer called out and got no response, so he pulled out his flashlight and took a look inside.
"He peeked over the edge and in the bottom of the dumpster, a man and a woman (were) full-on nude, intertwined, oblivious to his presence," Price said, confirming the pair were in the act.
The couple complied when ordered to put on their clothes and get out of the dumpster. A 26-year-old man was taken into custody by Oak Bay Police on an unrelated outstanding warrant. A 30-year-old woman was simply told to go home.
Wrong way
Half way through the day I was bothered by the fact that my panties had been giving me a hard time since the morning. I kept getting a forward wedgie. Not a pleasant experience and talk about uncomfortable.
After discreetly attempting to pull the slip of material from my girl bits one to many times I made my way to the bathroom to investigate.
It appears I was wearing my thong side ways.
Friends are a gift
I love Seattle, we got in at 3:30 this morning. It's been a long day that's for certain.
Today has given me the chance to see so many friends and feel love in abundance.
Received gifts for the baby and for me too.
Hugs and loving smiles from all my peeps. Surrounded by solid relationships and those who can make me laugh is a treat in itself.
I love my life and appreciate the people around me who make me feel so special.
Recovery From Work Load
There are days where I work my ass off and then days, where I recover.
Today is a recovery day because the last week and half has been no stop action. This does not mean that I have no work to do, rather that all work that I have to accomplish will be done at home, in bed and naked.
  • phone calls to make: the list has thirteen names on it
  • people to reconnect with via email, at around ten
  • emails to answers: too many to count and remain calm
  • a couple of new contracts to review
  • numerous piles of important information that all need filed
  • there is final paperwork for our new house to sign
  • if possible a long hot bath with a salt scrub to boot
  • a roast chicken in the oven on slow cook for a much needed family meal
  • and if I am really lucky a quick vacuum of the house too.
Did I mention this all is to be on my day of recovery?
To be honest, I have every intention of sleeping in, which means if I am really lucky I should be able to stay asleep for about nine hours straight. W00T!
Sultry is tomorrow night and it is going to be the most spectacular one thus far, it has all the makings of awesomeness. A diverse crowd of locals and out of towners, forty-three people paid and on the guest list thus far, and likely by the time the doors swing open we will be full at fifty. Want a couples ticket? Drop me and email to arrange payment and the spot is yours.
Sexual Self Esteem
These early mornings are rather hard on me. I find myself only able to handle them because the weather and the Spring season makes it so bright out that awaking is easier to swallow than in the depths of darkness of Winter.
I'm off to the prison shortly and working with the women's population today. A whole new group of people to meet, educate and learn from. My Sexual Self Esteem class is being taught and it's really powerful. I wrote two differing versions, one for the incarcerated men and another for the women, given that many of the issues are so vastly different. The women's I feel is the most poignant as I spend time talking about sexually submissiveness (inferiority) and it's negative place in attempting to hold good esteem for oneself.
Next week I am walking into the Protective Custody population of inmates. (witnesses, gang members and sex offenders) Finding appropriate language to address each of these unique demographics has been an eye opening experience for me. Learning what works, what has been tested, what is recommended and what should be avoided is a reality check for certain. Though as I stand before each different group of prisoners, I find myself thinking how desperate each is to live a happy and fulfilled life and that for each of them something in their personal journey of life just went terribly wrong.
I take edible yummy treats in to each of my classes, and upon the class ending I hand them out to everyone attending. Classes have twenty five people in them and the reward at the end, is a nice way to complete our time together. Leaving on a high note after unraveling all the disclosures sure makes me feel good about my efforts.
The Prison Contract is important to me, because it teaches such positive skills to those who wouldn't otherwise seek out the information if they were not locked up. Being in jail means they have the dedicated time to spend investing in their futures and I value each of them believing in their own self worth enough to take on the challenge of this self awareness class that is a building block to better [sexual] self esteem.
